Project Aims

  • to build on the australian skills and experience
  • to create an educational programme on Economical Univrsity in Bratislava SK and Palacky University in Olomouc CZ
  • to strengthen the financial stability of the youth organisations in SK and CZ by providing professional provision of youth employment services
  • youth organisations working on prevention and reduction of youth unemployment and potential provision of public employment services
  • to create and run programmes using business-driven approach, assist both young unemployed and potential employers
  • freely accessible learning materials

Project Lines

  • Short-term training for youth workers (14 from CZ and SK trained)
  • educational course accredited by the university (20 current or future practitioners trained)
  • platform for interconnection among youth work practitioners, students and academia

Project Outcomes

  • curricula and methodology for two educational programmes
  • 10 series of short films and 10 case studies (education resource material)
  • network of youth organisations specialised on the prevention and reduction of youth unemployment
  • 2 mobility activities for youth workers (1 training, 1 job-shadowing)
